High Altitude Fine Dining

Our most requested special dining experience.

We arrive at your home 3 or more hours before service begins with everything to make you and your guests a 4-6 course fine dining seated dinner.

Our guests are amazed at what we can accomplish in a short time. You and your guests are seated at a lovely set table with your coursed menu served. Prices are dependent on courses and menu but range between $185-240 per person (includes NM GRT)

*5 guest minimum

For parties smaller than 5 guests please inquire.

Next level, delicious dinner prepared in your kitchen by Chef Kirstin with casual private chef services and a great value ranging from $149 to $249 per person (includes NM GRT)

Chef Kirstin will create a unique menu, especially for you, with your event ideas or theme in mind based on the feedback you give her. High Altitude Fine Dining is a different occasion caterer from any you have experienced before. Your experience will be fun, delicious, and absolutely one of a kind. Italian Appetizer Trio Ready To Serve - Private Chef Kirstin Griffin Santa Fe NM
  • 5:00PM - A special area set up for you with your choice of appetizers, set with napkins, plates, and cutlery.
  • 6:00 - 6:30 PM - Seated family-style dinner complete with lovely table setting, bottles of filtered chilled water, and platters of your chosen menu. The menu will always include a salad, protein, 3 sides and accompanying sauces, local bread, and butter. Seated service, plated dessert of your choosing.
  • *Minimum of 5 guests - half payment due to reserve and final payment due day of the event.
  • *Any leftovers from platters will be packed and refrigerated for your later enjoyment.
  • *Dishes will be washed, dried, and put away and the kitchen left clean.

Only available to clients purchasing a dinner, the same number of guests applies to breakfast.

We offer packages that can be a cooking class or a cooking class and seated dinner afterward. We offer classes such as super salsas, vibrant vegan, for the love of local, or anything your heart desires!
